How do I return or exchange my Item?

Simply email us at hello@woodspex.co.uk with your order details to organise an exchange or return. We offer a 30 day returns period on all items purchased on our website, as long as items are returned in an unused & resalable condition. We're unable to fund return postage costs for any unwanted/incorrectly ordered items.

Are the glasses UV Protected?

Yep! All Woodspex sunglasses are 100% UV protected with UV400 protection.

How can I take care of my Sunglasses?

Make sure to keep your Woodspex sunglasses in a safe place and when not in use store in a secure case/container such as the ones we offer. Do not keep your sunglasses in a back pocket or anywhere where any unnecessary stress may be placed on them.

What is a Polarized Lens?

A Polarized lenses contains a special film that will block and reflect light while reducing glare.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards as well as Paypal.

How do you ship my order?

All UK orders are shipping by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Worldwide delivery may vary.

Do you offer any warranty?

We offer a 90 day warranty on all our products purchased on our website, against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please email us at hello@woodspex.co.uk to notify us and if the product is considered defective we will replace the item at no cost to you.
